Role Summary
We want a sharp, high-energy Human Resources Manager to own our end-to-end hiring strategy. You will bridge the gap between fast-moving startup adaptability and MNC structural rigor. You will design smooth recruitment workflows, write clear policies, and lead high-impact HR projects while working closely with global teams.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Drive full-lifecycle hiring for key roles, finding top talent with speed and high quality.
Workflow & Policy Design: Write, update, and scale clear recruitment policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and hiring playbooks.
Global Collaboration: Partner with global and overseas HR teams to align local hiring needs with global standards.
HR Project Management: Lead cross-functional HR projects like employer branding, ATS upgrades, or onboarding revamps.
Problem Solving & Proactiveness: Anticipate hiring bottlenecks and fix them fast with smart, practical solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile (The All-Rounder)
Early Career Foundation: Started in a small-to-medium enterprise (around 200 employees) as an HR Generalist or HR All-Rounder, building grit, flexibility, and hands-on operational skills.
MNC Experience: Transitioned to a structured multinational company environment with a Centre of Expertise (CoE) model.
Global Mindset: Proven experience dealing with overseas stakeholders and international teams across time zones.
Writing & Process Skills: Exceptional at documenting workflows, writing crisp policies, and tracking hiring data.
Soft Skills: High proactiveness, strong ownership, and a resilient problem-solving attitude under pressure.
