HR Role Manage all HR functions: Handle payroll, MPF contributions, compensation & benefits, participate annual appraisals & salary and employee relations. Assist in reviewing and implementing the administration policies and procedures. Update / Prepare & compare the coverage, premium of insurance matters upon renewal. RECRPTION Role Receive & answer phone calls Assist in receptionist duties, including guests / visitors greeting, Arrange parcels from worldwide (DHL, UPS) & from China (SF) distribution & shipping. Update internal schedule calendar on daily basis (Leave, Business Trip) ADMIN Role Manage all Administrative functions: To provide comprehensive day-to-day office administrative support Manage and coordinate office renovation projects, repairs, maintenance, and vendor relationships Oversee the procurement of office services, equipment, and supplies Ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that complies with environmental, health, and Coordinate annual fire inspection for the HK office and ensure compliance with safety regulation. Make travel arrangements for the teams such as flights booking, hotel or restaurant reservation. Monthly bills checking, Electricity, Telecom, Rental, Local Courier, etc. Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as required. Assist in planning employee activities, including company events Requirements Bachelor�䏭 degree in Human Resources Management of a related field 3-5 years of relevant experience in office management / administration, with exposure to HR duties Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently Strong sense of responsibility, follow=up and attention to detail Practical and flexible mindset, comfortable handling both routine and ad-hoc tasks Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Immediately available of highly preferred
