Bachelor or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
15 yearsˇ¦ human resources experience, with 5 years or above supervisory/ management experience
Good experience in working with blue-collar worker is a MUST
Experience in Hong Kong listed company is a MUST
Experience in ISO 22000 and ISO 9001 is an advantage
Experience in organizational change, able to enhance company system for better efficiency
Leading a small HR team (1-2 colleagues)
Provide full spectrum of HR functions
Understand companyˇ¦s needs and targets, drive organizational effectiveness
Strong in recruitment, provide good remuneration and attract top talent candidates for company consideration
Familiar with HK employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance
A good team player, energetic, pro-active and smart
Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Remarks:
Monthly salary: HK$40K-50K/month (depends on skills/ experience)
Working location: Kwai Chung
