Mr. Eric Kung Eric Kung is the Founder, Chairman & CEO of Human Dynamic. He has been in the field of people management consultancy, training & development and executive coaching for over 25 years. Human Dynamic was founded in 1993 in Hong Kong. Eric had led the company grown to be a leading Integrated People Management Solution (IPMS) provider in Asia Pacific with 24 direct offices across Asia Pacific and Europe serving over 100 global companies with integrated people management solutions specializing in people management consulting, change management, learning and development, business leadership coaching, outplacement consulting service, Work Life Coaching, and wellness consulting service. Eric has tremendous hands-on experiences in consulting corporations in leading organizational change, handling staff communication in change and crisis management, and conducting leadership trainings to middle and also senior executives. Clients he had worked with include: P&G, Nike, Google, IBM, Credit Suisse, UBS, Standard Chartered Bank, Intel, Dow Chemical, HP, government departments and many other global companies. He travels widely in Greater China, Korea, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, India and Europe as consultant and speaker in conferences and seminars. Prior to founding Human Dynamic, he worked for Price Waterhouse Associates (HK). He graduated from McMaster University, Canada, in 1982 with an honor Bachelor degree in Commerce. In 1985, he entered the University of Hong Kong to obtain his Master degree in Social Work. |
