Your program leaders

Dana Chan
An expatriate for ten years, Ms. Chan was raised in Beijing and Hong Kong and has -21 years of experience as a consultant and business executive in Hong Kong, USA, Indonesia, Singapore, and Shanghai. Ms. Chan is Managing Director for Global Talent Development Center.
Her management experience includes business process integration after mergers and acquisitions, IT management and implementation, and corporate human resource management in the Asia Pacific region, particularly in China.
Ms. Chan teaches in a number of MBA programs in Shanghai including those of Jiaotong University, Shanghai University. She is also the mentor for career management and personal growth for executives and MBAs..
Prior to her work in China and Singapore, Ms. Chan headed corporate IT in a top conglomerate in Jakarta, Indonesia. In the USA she worked as an IT consultant for Howard Systems International USA and Andersen Consulting USA (now Accenture). In Hong Kong, she worked as systems engineer for IBM China/HK Corporation.
Ms. Chan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer engineering from Jinan University in Guangzhou, China, and an MBA in International Business from the University of Southern California.
   
Mr. John D. Van Fleet
John D. Van Fleet's Asia career spans ten years in Japan and six in China. He spent five years developing leadership ability in General Electric's healthcare division, has led two multinational agencies' operations in Shanghai and Taipei, and before joining GTDC spent three years launching and growing an executive MBA program based in Shanghai, which has become the quality leader in its category. He has extensive experience throughout the region in marketing, business development and operations.
A founding director of the China Direct Marketing Association, Van Fleet is also a senior advisor and adjunct faculty at the Antai College of Economics and Management, Shanghai JiaoTong University,
