EMPLOYER CONFERENCE BLOSSOMS WITH INSIGHTS IN EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
"Success Through Employability and Leadership" is the theme of ACCA Hong Kong Employer Conference which is held today. A group of finance and human resources leaders share their insights on areas including the attributes, skills and qualities that shape the finance leaders, as well as how effective human capital strategy and effective leadership helps shaping success. ACCA Hong Kong is honoured to have distinguished finance and human resources experts to address on these arenas.
In this conference, ACCA presents the regional survey findings of the report "Paths to the top - best practice leadership development for finance professionals". This survey was conducted by ACCA and the University of Exeter, Centre for Leadership Studies, with an international panel of 3,500 ACCA members from 116 countries. Through this survey, it reveals that finance leaders around the world are now expected to demonstrate higher levels of accountability and control than ever before, together with delivering finance value.
