Our client, a Chinese conglomerate, is now looking for the Assistant Training Manager based in the Hong Kong office.
-Reports to Training Manager
-Identify training needs and design programs with Training Manager
-Create, implement and monitor hotel strategies and policies
-Maintain good relationships with the employees
-Conduct training to employees on product knowledge, customer service and management skills etc.
-Participate in all ad hoc projects and assignments
-Degree or above in Hospitality Management / Human Resources Management or related discipline
-More than 3 years in training experience with at least 1 year at supervisory level preferably
-Excellent presentation and communication skills
-Excellent command in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
