China Construction Bank (Asia), Richemont and PWC awarded best performing online recruiters in "The Business Impact of New Talent Acquisition" 2010 Symposium and Award
25th June, 2010, Hong Kong - Over 100 HR managers attended "The Business Impact of New Talent Acquisition" 2010 Symposium and Award ceremony, jointly-organized by StepStone Solutions and HKGCC, on 11th June where top executives from StepStone Solutions, Hospital Authority, Philips Consumer Lifestyle and CSL shared insights about New Talent acquisition and management. In the award ceremony China Constructions Bank, Richemont and PWC were named best performing online recruiters in Hong Kong for their efforts in attracting New Talents with online recruitment strategies.

Representatives of the three head-to-head winners expressed their appreciation for the award and the importance of optimizing online recruitment as an extension of employer branding strategies. The bank was identified by graduate evaluators as one of the top 3 performers in online recruitment in a recent research commissioned by StepStone Solutions and conducted by Universum. The other two awardees, PWC and Richemont, were recognized by evaluators particularly for the availability of various job-seeker friendly functions such as job-search tools and online application options. With a built-in social-media network, PWC¡¦s career webpage was recognized as one of the most professionally designed and well-structured career webpage. While Richemont career webpage has an outstandingly high-score for their elegant and user-friendly career page design.
Some attendees also expressed heartfelt pride for the recognition given to their HR counterparts. "HR managers finally received recognition after all the effort we¡¦ve devoted to helping business growth in a company. We understand business and we are strategic - and definitely more than just operational and administrative," the Talent Acquisition Manager from an international household manufacturer, Ms. Chan said.
