QS has released its latest Employer Survey Report 2022 shining a light on the world of work for MBA graduates.
The report takes a closer look at salaries for MBA specialisations, the functions employers are looking for in MBA recruits, hiring outlook, skills and so much more.
This article tells the average salaries offered by employers to MBAs hired in consultancy roles in a number of locations across the globe.
Lets take a look at the top 10 locations for MBA grads with a specialisation in consultancy under their belt.

Consultancy roles continue to be some of the most the most sought-after positions for MBA graduates all around the world.
A large proportion of this years top 10 for consultancy salaries are situated in Europe, with the highest-ranked European location (Ireland) offering average salaries of US$118,048 for MBA grads specialising in consultancy.
When taking a look at the number one location, not only does the United Arab Emirates rank the highest in this top 10 with MBAs earning an average salary of US$150,000, but the UAE also tops the financial rankings top 10 average salaries of US$180,000.
Closer look at the top 10
Although Japan finds itself in 10th place, MBA graduates by no means earn a small sum in the world of consultancy, with employees earning an average of US$100,000.
This year, MBA graduates hoping to land a consultancy role in Australia could earn an average salary of US$119,125, coming in at third in this top 10 and therefore beating its position of fourth in the top 10 for finance salaries.
The United States finds itself at second place this year, which is unsurprising given its standing as a financial powerhouse. Although the home of Wall Street, MBA graduates choosing to embark on roles in consultancy will earn an average of US$127,188 US$10,000 dollars more than the average for those working in finance earning an average of US$117,300.
