This tool synergizes the ¡¥Enjoyment-Performance Theory¡¦ with the ¡¥Psychological Opposite Theory¡¦, offering a multifaceted evaluation of candidate suitability across four dimensions and seventy-eight factors. The assessment delves into personality traits, interpersonal skills, and interests, etc.
